Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program description
Linked Alarm sends text messages to customers, prospective customers and team members who have opted in. Messages may include replies to your inquiries and support requests, appointment and technician scheduling, service and account notices, alarm system and monitoring updates, and, for team members, work assignments, schedules and approval requests.
How you opt in
You may opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our website contact form, by agreeing to text messages on an onboarding form or service agreement, or by asking our staff by phone to contact you by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
