Fire Alarm
Fire alarm systems must be inspected every year to stay code compliant and keep your certificate current. Your plan includes the required inspection and testing, so it's never missed. Why it mattersA failed or overdue inspection can mean violations, insurance problems and a system you can't count on. We handle the schedule and the paperwork for you.

Annual inspection and test of your fire alarm system per NFPA 72
Every initiating device tested: smoke and heat detectors, pull stations, duct detectors, waterflow and tamper switches
Horns, strobes and speakers checked for sound and light
Control panel, power supplies and battery load test
Signals to the central station verified
Smoke detector sensitivity testing, included in year one and then on the schedule your local code or jurisdiction requires
A written inspection report you can give to the fire marshal and your insurer

Cameras
Cameras only help when they're clean, aimed right and actually recording. Your plan keeps the whole system ready for the day you need the footage. Why it mattersMost camera problems, like a dirty lens,a full drive or a camera that stopped recording,go unnoticed until after an incident. We find them first. Cleaning of every camera lens and housing Focus, field of view and night vision checked on each camera Every camera confirmed to be recording Recorder (NVR) health check, including hard drive condition Recording retention verified,so you keep footage as long as expected Firmware updates and time and date sync Remote viewing and app access tested Card Access &Intercom Doors that don't latch or readers that fail leave your building open. Your plan keeps every controlled door working and your user database protected.
Why it mattersWorn or loose door hardware is the most common access control failure. Regular adjustment prevents lockouts, propped doors and emergency calls.

Database check and backup of users, credentials, schedules and doors
Every controlled door tested: reader, lock or strike, request-to-exit and door contact
Locks, strikes, closers and hardware tightened and adjusted so doors latch and release correctly
Door forced and held-open alarms checked
Power supplies and backup batteries tested
Intercom door stations and answering devices tested, including door release and app calling
Software and firmware updates

Security System
An alarm system is only as good as its weakest sensor and battery. Your plan tests the whole system every year so it reports when it matters.
Why it mattersA dead sensor battery or a communicator that stopped reporting won't show up until there's a break-in. An annual test catches it.

Every sensor tested: doors, windows, motion detectors and glass break
Keypads and sirens tested
Communicator and central station signals verified
Sensor batteries checked and replaced as needed
Control panel battery tested
User codes and app access reviewed with you
